Casimir the great and poland

Casimir the great was the only Polish king to be named The Great . The was the son of Wladyslaw he was a great king. He improved Poland a good deal. He improved the military, the law and the economy. He extended Poland's borders . Casimir took in persecuted people like Jews,Armenians and gave them equal rights. He had to take care of other foreign powers who wanted Poland like German Teutonic knights , Bohemia, Lithuania and the Mongols.( fun fact the Mongols attacked Indonesia but could not take it ) Casimir made friends with Bohemia , paid of the mongols , the Lithuanians stopped and the Teutonic knights left. When Casimir died he had no heirs , ending the Piast reign. Casimir made his nephew king.  

my birthday and the hobbit.

We had a birthday party for
 me recently. We went to see
 the hobbit part 2. I got a
sketch pad , A states game
 , money and Othello. We had
 a sleep over with a friend.
 The hobbit part 2 was good
 . My favorite characters were
 Olin and Fili .

Dentist and Eye Doctor.

I went to the dentist and eye doctor recently . The dentist took X-rays of my teeth. They also cleaned them. The eye doctor asked me if I could read letters on a chart.

Christmas

Christmas was fun. I left Santa North a present . It was some drawings I made for him and some of the figures you saw in my last post ( fun figures ) . We acted out  on Christmas eve and we gave each other presents . Skye got a stuffed animal and a puppet making kit, London got Playmobil and a ball, I got a bagpipe . WE went to sleep . When we woke up we opened the presents Santa North gave us and some others . ( I gave everyone in my family figures of themselves ) Santa north also gave us a note. he ate the food we gave him and opened my present.London got Civ 5 brave new world! ( list of new countries

Today we got our Christmas tree ! And we built a snow man that we named after the snowman in frozen ( Olaf )

Musuem of Fine Arts

Me and my mom went to the MFA in Boston. I took a homeschoolers tour and painted afterward . The tour was about impressionism like Claude Monet and Van Gogh. 

Frozen

Me and my family recently watched Frozen . It was about a city getting covered in ice and snow .
A magician made it happen and her friends have to help her stop it . My favorite character is Olaf . He is a funny snowman. it was a fun movie. It had some stuff about Ice selling .
