I have been playing Newburyport U-12 soccer. We are the B2 team and we tied the Newburyport A team ! I have been exercising as i play soccer. Exercising is good for you because it burns calories and keeps you in shape . it also releases hormones named endorphins that make you feel better. Exercise makes your organs stronger and sweating helps you get more oxygen . Your mind becomes relaxed and happier when you Exercise . Exercise helps you fight off diseases. Exercise is fun .
Healthy food
Healthy food is good for you to . I eat a lot of healthy food and don't eat candy or ice cream
This helps me be healthier and fit. I eat lots of vegetables like cucumber spinach and kale.
I also eat lots of fruits like apples,blackberries and peaches . I eat Protein like turkey and beans.
Another thing I eat are grains. Like black bread and bagels. I also eat dairy like feta cheese and plain low or non fat yogurt. If i eat more fruits ,vegetables and grains than Dairy and protein than i will be healthy. I do eat more of those foods: fruits, vegetables and grains so i am healthy.
Exercise and eating healthy foods has made me healthy.
